WETA Reading Universe

Reading Universe is a joint effort between WETA, the Barksdale Reading Institute, and First Book. Reading Universe establishes a free, innovative professional development platform that provides educators with evidence-based guidance and tools for how to teach reading and writing. Sagetopia was tasked to build the foundation and expand upon the Reading Universe assets for educators. In addition to a multitude of printed and digital resource designs, we created promotional materials using the program’s vibrant look & feel, including bookmarks, retractable banners, tote bags, lanyards, and more.

ACT-IAC

The American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit educational organization established to improve government through the effective and innovative application of technology.

ACT-IAC hosts multiple annual conferences and meetings to provide learning and networking opportunities for its members. These events created the need for branded promotional apparel and giveaways, such as tote bags, lanyards, and buttons. In 2021, the demand for PPE-related items (i.e. reusable face masks and hand sanitizer) rose as ACT-IAC’s in-person conferences returned post-pandemic.

National Association of Elementary (NAESP)

NAESP is a professional organization serving elementary and middle-levelprincipals who represent 35 million children in pre-K through grade 8. Each year, they host a national event that provides the strongest unified voice for pre-K–8 educators, filled with professional learning experiences designed to inspire bold thinking and innovative leadership. Sagetopia curated and produced a number of sponsored giveaways, such as branded tote bags, water bottles, custom designed notepads, and more.

Northern Shenandoah Valley Regional Commission (NSVRC)

The NSVRC exists to bring its regional local governments together to pursue common goals, work together on regional issues and find efficiencies through collaboration. RideSmart is a service offered to residents of the Northern Shenandoah Valley region to provide commuting solutions, such as carpooling, vanpooling, public transit, and biking. To reach members of the community, NSVRC attends numerous events throughout the region to connect with commuters face-to-face. Sagetopia designed custom giveaways tailored to the outreach events, including tote bags, notepads, and stickers.

In 2019, Sagetopia designed the vanpool campaign brand to compliment the NSVRC and RideSmart look and feel. Within the vanpool campaign, we crafted a customized a welcome gift box for current riders filled with a branded tumbler, notebook, laptop sticker, and promotional recruitment collateral.

Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) is an independent airport authority which oversees management, operations, and capital development of the two major airports serving the U.S. national capital: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Dulles International Airport. Sagetopia created promotional giveaways to gift to employees and new hires, as well as giveaways for various events attended by MWAA, Reagan, and Dulles staff members.

SmarTest Labs

SmarTest Labs is a drug and alcohol, DNA, and lab testing provider in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Their services target individuals in addition to businesses and organizations looking for testing services for employees. SmarTest Labs sought out promotional giveaways to promote their services to leads and branded apparel for their staff.

Key Solutions, inc.

Key Solutions, inc. (KSI) is a consulting firm that helps companies win government contracts. After Sagetopia completed the KSI rebrand (new logo and color palette), their team expressed the desire for embroidered company apparel. Recently, a surge in new hires sparked a new onboarding concept – Welcome Boxes. These boxes include a eye-catching box design and branded items such as wine tumblers, power banks, pens, and laptop stickers.

EIT Avionics

EIT Avionics creates products that provide Aviation Safety and Efficiency through Technology. The EIT Avionics team not only engineers and produces products for the aviation market – their staff and their clientele fly aircrafts on a weekly basis as pilots. Thus, the branded company apparel and giveaways had to fit their employee’s needs as well as their clientele’s lifestyle. Polos, button-down shirts, and mugs fit daily workplace demands while the scarf and adjustable hat fit the cold and sunny flight environment.
